BRYC Spirit Wear

Spirit Wear is a great way to show your spirit and raise a little money for our program.  Please read all the information below on how to place and pay for your Spirit Wear Order.  Orders must be placed by midnight September 3rd.

How to Order - Please complete both Step 1 and 2.

Step 1: Place Your Order
In Person:  We will try to set up Spirit Wear size runs at each practice field at least one night. We will do our best to let you know in advance, if possible.

Online: Orders can be placed through our Spirit Wear provider, Burke Sporting Goods. Go to www.burkesports.com/groups and enter the appropriate code: BRYCFOOTBALL or BRYCCHEERLEADING.  While orders must be placed separately for each sport, you can submit one payment (see Step 2).  BE SURE YOU COMPLETE THE ORDER PROCESS. When you proceed to the check out screen, fill out with your information and be sure to click on the PLACE ORDER button at the bottom of the screen. If you do not do this the order will not be placed. If you don't receive a confirmation email that means you didn't submit the order.

Please note that in the Burke Sporting Goods website you CANNOT submit payment. If ordering online, you must submit payment electronically via our PayPal account. See Step 2 for payment.

Step 2: Submit Payment
For orders placed in-person, we will accept cash or checks made payable to BRYC Football. For orders placed online, please go to www.paypal.com and click "Send Money".  Enter the email address  in the "to" space. Provide your email and enter the amount you owe. Keep the option as "goods" and continue through the PayPal site. Please forward your confirmation email to or  (as appropriate) to help us confirm your payment. If you order online but prefer cash or check payment, please email to make arrangements.

Spirit Wear Pick Up Information
An email will be sent to all those who placed an order with instructions for pick up. The items should be available the week of September 20th (if not sooner). We will update you as soon as we receive an update from our vendor, Burke Sporting Goods. If you have not yet submitted payment, please follow the instructions below to do so.

All orders placed are final.

Note: Last year, many of the teams customized the wick away (like Under Armour) shirts with their name and team number. We have those shirts again this year, but since teams will not be decided on until after the shirts are received, we will not customize the shirts during this ordering process. Instead, if your team decides to get names and numbers, we will ask that the teams gather any shirts ordered after you receive them, and turn them back in with the information and money to get them customized. Instructions will be provided when the orders arrive.
