Practices

Practice Dates and Times:

Practices will start August 16th and will run twice a week at Frost Middle School until Labor Day. Practice times generally are from 6:00pm till 7:30pm. Squad selection will be on or about the week of August 22nd. Once squads are selected coaches will inform you of the practice days and times for their squad. Around the middle of September practices will be moved to Wakefield Park.

Practice Attire:

Cheerleaders are required to be on time. Cheerleaders must come dressed in a T- shirt, shorts, tennis shoes (no sandals, bare feet, or flip flops allowed), hair needs to be up and no jewelry (earring studs are acceptable) and bring plenty of water. During the practice the girls will learn several cheers each week and will practice them during the week, as well as a half time performance. Therefore attendance is required for practices. If you are not able to make a practice and/or a game, please inform the coach as soon as possible. This is very important due to planning purposes.
