ABOUT BRYC FOOTBALL
Braddock Road Youth Football has been part of the Braddock Road corridor since 1966. As a program of the Braddock Road Youth Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving families across Fairfax, Burke, Annandale, and Springfield, we've spent decades building something that goes beyond wins and losses: a football community where kids grow, families connect, and coaches invest.
We compete in the Northern Virginia Youth Football League (NVYFL) and offer tackle football for players ages 7 through 14. Every team is coached by volunteer parents and community members who bring the same commitment to the sidelines that they bring to everything else in their lives.
We take player safety seriously. BRYC Football is the only youth organization in the NVYFL to provide and mandate Guardian Caps for every player. Our coaches are USA Football Heads Up certified. We select helmets using Virginia Tech safety ratings. And our playing time standards exceed what the league requires, because every player on our roster deserves to be on the field.
We develop the whole athlete. Football teaches things that don't show up in a box score. Discipline. Accountability. What it means to play a role and trust your teammates. Whether your child is a first-time player or a returning veteran, our coaches meet them where they are and push them to grow, on the field and off it.
We're part of something bigger. BRYC Football is one program within a club of roughly 10,000 youth and families. That community, built over six decades across multiple sports, is the foundation we build on every season.
